The Foundation for a Mindful Society

The nonprofit Foundation for a Mindful Society has a pretty simple mission: they support the work of mindfulness champions to increase health, well-being, kindness, and compassion in society. During COVID-19, the Foundation for a Mindful Society will be providing resources to help individuals manage their anxiety, and improve their overall wellbeing.

Fitness Blender believes fitness should be accessible to everyone, everywhere, regardless of income level or access to a gym. That’s why they offer hundreds of free, full-length workout videos, the most affordable and effective workout programs on the web, meal plans, and helpful health, nutrition and fitness information.
